Has anyone worked with UBuildIt or someone similar?

I've been looking at building some small affordable housing units here in San Antonio, and I recently came across the UBuildIt website. Their pitch is somewhat appealing, because I've never built ground up, except as an employee for a larger development company. I'm curious if anyone has experience working with this sort of service. The actual construction project management is the part I'm really missing to feel confident going forward, and they seem to provide the blueprint for that. Thoughts?
