I am gathering market research about a neighborhood in which I intend to purchase an investment property. I will fund the deal through a private loan. What type of market information do investors typically care about when deciding whether to invest in a deal? Also, is there a preferred website/company that can take inputs and generate an easy-to-read report of a neighborhood?
