Refinancing Advice and Mortgage agent referral

I am house owner since 2016 currently have 30 year fixed interest rate at 3.25% apr. With mortgage rates being so low, I am looking into option of refinancing preferably 15 year with better rate or keeping it 30 years for a better rate. Please advice.
