How to find true owner of condemned home?
Hi all!
I am relatively new to the game, and I've been interested in a "run-down" property in my neighborhood for a while. It's a big two-family home in a really nice part of town, but it's abandoned. There are notices on the door for no trespassing, and the place is in rough shape. How do I go about finding the owners, or more information on the property? I looked up the deed, and it's in the name of a major US bank. What would be my next step in making some sort of offer for this place?
Thanks everyone!
