What would you do with $250 a month?

Hey there, I'm a noobie investor and I got my wife to give me the go-ahead to spend $250 a month on find leads (I know it's not a lot). I have a partner who said he'd be willing to do 50% of a deal with me (super generous I know) if I can bring him a deal that works. So far, I've just been calling on some NOD's but haven't had any success. What would you do with $250 a month to find a good lead? (My partner is looking for fix n flips or rentals). Looking for any advice.
