How to find good comps in Kansas City, MO.

I'm interested in buying properties to rehab and rent in Kansas City. Where can I find good comps, other than a real estate agent, Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and Realtor.com?

Is there a county source or other free website to find comps?
I looked on the Jackson County Property Search page, but I was not able to find information on recently sold properties.

Find a local agent to help they are able to pull comps.
