Reasons investors are purchasing to meet tenant needs
Four bedroom homes have always been in strong demands with tenants. Especially now in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic a home Office is even more important and in a lot of cases a must! Tenants will pay the highest market value for properties with an in home office.
My experience confirms this article...I am in complete agreement plus The difference between a 3 bedroom vs a 4 bedroom property is easily justified with 1.) higher rents and 2.) rents faster with less time on the market. Shorter vacancy!
