Anyone feeling stuck?

Hi all, anyone out there feeling stuck this week? I had been feeling stuck for 3 weeks on an underwriting question for value add apartments until yesterday when I worked through it with a mastermind group.

Happy to help if there’s anything you’re struggling with based on my small experience of 8 units at 26 years old.

Also maybe someone else out there is struggling with the same thing or just overcame something who can help!
