How do I find a good fixer upper deal to buy?

More like write 100 offers and hope to get 1 or 2.

Ways to find deals:
1. MLS searching
2. trustee Sales
3. Auctions
4. Probates
5. Direct marketing
A. Absentee owners
B. titled landlords
C. Divorce leads
D. Pre-foreclosure ( NOD, NTS filings)
E. Vacant properties

And the list goes on and on.
