Can anyone recommend a licensed note servicer in Iowa?

I just bought another non-performing note, this one in Iowa.  The current note servicer, FCI, has a reputation of note being easy to work with, and so I'd like to explore options with another licensed servicer.

Does anyone has experience with a licensed servicer in Iowa who provides great service for a reasonable cost?
