How Much $$ to Show? Proof Of Funds. Copy of Bank Account

Potentially putting in an offer on a Realtor listed house.

How much money should I show?  The listing is at $30k.  

Proof of Funds - I can move around how much money I show using my HELOC?

$50k?  $30k?  $20k? $5k? hmmmmm.  Appreciate advice

@Kirk R. 110% of asking (or 10% over asking, if that's easier). Shows you're positioned to move on the deal, if their valuation is accurate, plus a little extra.
