Next steps to increase portfolio with 30 year terms?

I have been working with one local bank which has been great. We have within 3 years grow from 6 single families to 44 units within multi family properties. We are currently closing on another multi family that puts us to 10 units utilizing Freddie/Fannie 30 year terms. I know there has to be a way to continue to purchase properties and still get the 30 year terms... I’m hope. Anyone have any advice or avenues that I may have missed?
