Hello, I am looking for someone who understands Think or Swim (and who does fairly well with it) to help me understand how to better use it. I don't have a lot to offer, but I want to pay you for your education. I made an account a few years ago that has about 5k in it, and I was hoping to better understand:

- What is my money and what is not my money?
- Can I withdraw that money?
- How do taxes work on money I withdraw from my account?
- How can I reinvest those funds?

Hi there,

I want to wholesale in the state of Iowa. My question is: is it possible to wholesale/assign a contract in the state of Iowa without a realtor license?

Thank you,

Hailey

Hi, I have a property near Des Moines that currently has a partial fence in the backyard. The neighbors have bordering fences that help but there are a number of open gaps in each corner of the yard. I'm looking for recommendations on who I should call to get quotes!

I have 15 grand to start investing and I'm considering investing in mobile-homes. Hoping to hear some success stories and learning curves.

My parents live in Iowa and there are a number of mobile-home parks in the neighborhood. I'm curious to know of any mobile home investors in Iowa and if they would recommend mobile home investing for a rookie.

Thanks!

I am looking to buy my first multifamily to househack in Chicago. For those investors (new or seasoned) that have property in the city, what neighborhoods do you stay away from? Why?

Thank you.

Thank you Anthony, Joe and Rick. This is very helpful to know, I have family in the WDM area so although I live in Chicago, investing there may be a better investment than the outskirts of Chicago or Ames.

Hello,

Chicago is an expensive market; as a new investor in real estate I'm considering investing out-of-state. Particularly I am looking into investing in a rental in my old college town of Ames, IA (Go Cyclones!)

Does anyone have advice on investing out of state as a new investor?

More importantly, has anyone had any success in buying rentals in a college town or is this a terrible idea I need to walk away from?

Thank you for any and all insight.
