Investement properties in Central Florida

Any investors in Many indicators show that Central Florida has been the area to invest in investment rental properties and having lived near Tampa this has sparked my interest in perhaps purchasing a rental property. I lived in Clearwater and loved it! Had to move back to Alaska in 2012 so this would be distance investing for me. I know many do it but obviously working with the right people would something that everyone would be looking for. Any investors in this area that would recommend a realtor that works with investors? How about good property managers?

Also, what is this COVID19 crisis doing to the market? Can anyone share some insight?

Thanks in advance!
