Does anyone have insight into the market in California City, CA? I have the opportunity to purchase a lot in the neighborhood behind the golf course. What type of development is allowed? Does the city allow Manufactured Homes to be set? Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Also, any input on Property Managers? Thanks for your time
