When to list new construction home for sale?

Hello,

I have a new construction home that should of been completed within a week (until Covid-19) had something to say about that.

As of now I’m probably looking at early June completion.

There is no grass on exterior as excavator can’t come due to local restrictions (still needs to build front steps and walkway).

However, all that is left on interior is cabinets, doors and staining the installed unfinished wood, finish electric / plumbing (installing fixtures etc).

My realtor is changing her tune and thinking we should go live on the MLS as she is seeing activity on people fleeing NYC (I'm in northern NJ).

From my vantage point you only have one opportunity to make an impression and home not completed fails.

What do you guys think list it now on MLS (to increase exposure) or wait until 100% complete to go live?
