Investing in the US as non resident and living abroad

HI Everyone,

I hope you are all ok during this challenging time.

I am considering investing in properties in the US but I am a non resident and living in Ireland. Any advice on how I can proceed? Should I create a company in the US? Would conventional lenders or hard money lenders be able to help me to finance some projects even if I am not a US citizen?
