HI @Christopher A Brown: ok, good luck in finding your PM :).

@Michael Guzik: Can you give examples of criteria you are looking for, please?

@Christopher A Brown: Thanks for the post. Have you already identified some B and C areas you would like to invest in? Have you found any good Property Managers yet?

@Polo Vazquez: I am interested in generating Cash Flow. I don't know which areas are A, B, C, or D in SA but I am interested in the Northside of the City. I would prefer A or B areas and C buildings that could be renovated. Multi-family is a preference but it all depends on the price. As a foreign investor things are not as straightforward in terms of my budget.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to start investing in Single or Multi-family in San Antonio however I don't know the city. I would like some advice regarding which neighborhood to invest in.

Thanks in Advance for your help.

Rafa

@Cedrick Mahieux: Yes he was right, he just didn't pronounce your name correctly :D. Je n'hésiterai pas à vous contacter si j'ai la moindre question. Merci encore.

Hi @Cedrick Mahieux: Thanks again for your hard work :). Yes, I am French and Spanish, what about you?

Hi @Cedrick Mahieux : Thanks so much for sharing, I am sure it took you a lot of time to do the complete analysis. This will be very valuable for every investor and especially new ones.

Hi @Sebastien Hitier: I really like the way you are analyzing the market. I have to say, I am struggling to compare the market and will look at your approach. Thanks, Sebastian
