Typical Buy Cycle for Investment Properties
Hey everyone! As a completely new investor, I'd like to get a general understanding of the time it takes to close on a property once it's found. How long does a typical home purchase take once the deal is found? I understand that there's a wide variety of possible durations, but I want to understand in general what's considered a short time frame versus a long time frame. Is 30 days considered a quick deal, an average speed deal, or a slow deal? I assume it might depend more on my area but I'm not sure. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

60-90 days is pretty typical, @James Gathings. Can be much faster, if you're doing a cash deal.
