Getting frustrated trying to find a legit hard money
Hello,
I have been trying to get a HML for a few days now and there is so much garbage and fakes online it is getting very frustrating. Has anyone else ran into this same problem? If so what did you do to overcome it? Thanks,

well if your trying for the lowest rates those are the fakes that look for suckers.
here are some legit ones to check out.

you will find rates to be 1 to 2 points and 8 to 12% more experience lower..
Lots of joker brokers out there and right now we are seeing them not close deals last minute thereby really hurting the borrower who has paid for things has EM up etc etc..
