Planning to buy a turnkey property in Beech Ave, Hammond, IN 46324. Trying to get some insights on the area & neighborhood from fellow investors. Could this be considered a B- neighborhood or is it more of a C class? Rent is currently set at $1195/month. Primarily investing for cash flow, so how is the future rent appreciation potential at this price point in this neighborhood. Thanks!
