I wanted to know what everyone's thoughts are on the Fed lowering the interest rate .5% points earlier this week are??  I know I'm right in the middle of a refinance and looking forward to the lower interest rate I am about to lock in.  Do you think this will make the value of properties go up because now it is essentially cheaper to buy a home?  Do you think this is only delaying the correction in the stock market?
