Multiple Units Question

Good Morning all, I am looking at a house that has a couple of acres with it and there seems to be 2 other houses on the land with it. However only the main house is being advertised and the other two houses have different house numbers. Zillow has all three units belonging to the main lot and I can't find anything on the other two houses by doing a basic Google search. How can I QUICKLY find out is those other 2 units belong to the lot/house I am looking at? Would a preliminary title search provide this info?
