Seller Financing With 50% Down
I called someone today who wants to sell his house off market, but the price he wants is too high to make sense for a traditional investment property. He wants around 150k for a new downpayment, and I think I can negotiate his selling price down to around 310k. The house could rent for around 1500-2000k. I'm wondering how I could structure this deal to cash flow, and then wholesale it, or if seller financing with a high down payment even makes sense. Thanks.
