Investing for cash flow in Atlanta Ga - New Investor

I'm looking to purchase a SFH rental property in or around Atlanta Ga. All the properties inside the perimeter (and near the belt line) are expensive and feel risky for my first rental. Does anybody know of any areas that are in or near atlanta that have a good purchase price to rent ratio?

Ultimately I would like to have a PM manage everything so that's an expense I'm factoring in as well. Any advice in the Atl market would be greatly appreciated.
