Please share what markets you hold investments in around the Greater Cleveland area and specify asset type (SFH, duplex, multi family (how many keys), etc.)

How are these properties cash flowing?

Westside of Cleveland is a great place to target if you're in the market for duplexes. Mostly 1920's built stuff. Then some of the suburbs like Garfield Heights, Euclid, Parma, Maple Heights and Bedford are great if you're looking for low cost Single family homes. Mostly 1950's built bungalows.
