Hello,

My name is Sabrina. I'm just starting out in the real estate Investing world and one of my top priorities at the moment is reading/listening to as many books and podcasts as possible. As a newbie sometimes not knowing is the hardest part versus actually getting things done. Because of this I'm asking for anyone to please suggest any real estate investing books and perhaps even a why behind the suggestion! I'm interested in househacking, flippiing, foreclosures, buy and holds, and financial literacy but am open to learning just about anything! Thanks in advance and cheers to everyone trying to progress in real estate investing!
