Finding a investor buyer's agent (Tallahassee, FL)
Hello All.
So I am currently in South Florida, and I plan on moving back to Tallahassee, Florida some time this year. I know that I would have a better selection of multifamily properties to choose from (instead of Realtor.com or Zillow) if I had an agent to work with and access to their MLS listing.
My question is: How do I go about finding a realtor with the intent to "house hack" a multifamily property (preferably a triplex). I never bought a house before so this is all new to me.
Thank you in advance

Check out Joan Smith. She represented me a few years ago as a Buyer's Agent. I'd start there.
