Thanks for that. But what about if you would own a small apartment complex, wouldn’t you need certain certifications to manage that, which would require a GED at a minimum or would you ideally have someone else manage that for you?

Hey there,

Are there any minimum qualification like needing a high school diploma or having a GED for becoming a house flipper or having a buy and hold approach? Even having a portfolio of houses and have tenants in them?

I know for a real estate license a GED is required in most states but I know you can do this without a license.
