Vacation home investment - rental

Hi friends,

I am looking to buy an investment property in kings beach, lake tahoe and rent it on airbnb. I am currently a resident of LA and would value your input on the location, ROI etc. My budget is 250-300k. I would also welcome real estate agents who could help me find a property. This would be my first vacation property investment.
