Can someone point me to rough wording for a purchase agreement stipulation that would give me an out if banks become too tight with financing due to Corona Virus?

I would be happy to join a group there in NZ. I don't think we would have too much trouble getting financing or money to buy there in NZ. I know what you mean though, in most cases if you are not living there and have verifiable income there it would probably be a problem. I would be looking for homes or homes with some property that we could build another home or small rental on. Long term rental or vacation rental if the property was in an area that people would rent for a vacation. Hope that helps more.

My wife is from North Island and we have began investing in the states but would like to consider NZ since we have family there who could help manage rentals. Have never bought property in NZ. Know a little bit about it there but would like to partner with someone who knows more about it there in NZ. Where can I find a partner or team to work with?
