Doesn’t anyone have any suggestions on where to get reasonably priced (new or used) appliances? I’m close to needing a new stove and microwave for one of my units and was wondering if there’s a better option than just going to Best Buy. My property is in Kenosha.

Hello BP Community!
I’m in the process of closing on my first duplex in the Kenosha area and have been researching property managers. Any solid recommendations? While this is my first in Kenosha, I’m planning on annual acquisitions in the area.

@Abel Sanchez
Hi Abel, I believe you can buy real estate within an IRA without paying penalty's or taxes. Therefore, you should be able to rollover from 401k to an IRA the amount you need. I am not a tax expert and pretty new to this so I would take this idea to an expert if you want to learn further.

Good Morning Everyone. I'm a brand new investor looking to get started in the Kenosha market. I live in Lake Bluff, IL about 15 miles south of the IL/WI border so don't have a lot of contacts on the Wi side. I'd love some suggestions on networking groups, as well as some references on lenders and realtors in the area. I am looking to start with a SFH or Duplex with plans to scale up.
Thanks!
