Cost to rewire Philly/delco rowhome

BP - Trying to get an estimate what other people are paying to rewire a home in the Philadelphia & Delaware County area.Lets say the home is a 3 Bed/ 2Bath 1200 sqft. Finished basement. I appreciate the help!

All new electrical including wiring, panel, highhats etc about $6500 or so
