@Kevin M. - I appreciate the advice. I haven't done anything yet in Philly but I just finished a project in Delco which had knob & tube so it obviously required a complete rewire. I totally agree with you though. Thanks again

BP - Trying to get an estimate what other people are paying to rewire a home in the Philadelphia & Delaware County area.Lets say the home is a 3 Bed/ 2Bath 1200 sqft. Finished basement. I appreciate the help!
