Beware when driving for dollars...

Out of all the books i read and podcasts i listened too none of them warned me that i might crash into poles or ditches several times when DFD'ing. It was my first time! I literally almost crashed into a pole. AND! I got stopped by the people living there! i was just driving by and they stopped me and told me not to go too fast... i was driving 5mph!

Besides the many toils and snares, i got a feel for the neighborhood, checked out my first possible investment property and am analyzing it now. Next time i go ill need someone in shotgun to yell whenever i veer off the road
