Hello Everyone! Looking to get started investing and am currently looking to invest out of state (I live in California). Was wondering if anyone knew about Norada Real Estate or any other turn key providers that you would suggest? Currently looking in Birmingham, Detroit, and Memphis! Ideally looking at multifamily properties but am also open to SFRs.

Hi @Curtis Green -- Thought I'd be the first to welcome you to BiggerPockets!

In case you weren't aware, there are a good number of posts on BP about us (and other related companies).  Just do a search in the top-right search bar.  :-)

California is a pricey market where it's hard to make sense of the numbers.  However, Birmingham and Memphis are two good markets that we talk about often. We've been offering the Memphis market for over 10 years now.

Feel free to reach out with any questions, or just post them here.

Continued success!
