Hello ! I'm about to close on Victorville CA 2/2 second home  property. It's 2 hours away from our primary residence.Let me know your thoughts of any ideas ,wisdoms and advise , future benefits of having a second home .

You can find some properties in Victorville. You can find properties anywhere, it is the degree of headache you want. But I invest all around the High Desert (Mojave River Valley)
