I had a company check it and they gave me a quote $500 first bathroom and $850 2 ND bathroom

better than $16,000

I was very sad to find out the amount single unit tub will cost me $16,000 to repair crack ,leaking from outside.

any suggestion?

You are a an investor ? 

Do you cash flow on your rentals? Do you rent single family ?

If I rent this second home in Victorville I will get a property manager. I have a second home rider at this time. I have to get that removed when I'm ready to rent it out . 

i hope I will cash flow .

Check the crime map to see the area the property is in. Make sure you aren’t in a war zone area some areas are worse than others. Will you be self managing the rental?

What exactly do you want to know for what area you are looking at? Old town Victorville I would for sure stay away from because although the prices look great, at night there is a lot of drug activity. I know many cities have those areas and old town is basically that area here. It would help if you gave an idea where you were looking to purchase

Hello ! I'm about to close on Victorville CA 2/2 second home  property. It's 2 hours away from our primary residence.Let me know your thoughts of any ideas ,wisdoms and advise , future benefits of having a second home .
