Need help finding owner Finance buyers

Our business has grown and it’s just me and my wife. We use venders of course, but no real employees. One of the components of our biz model is owner Finance to our end buyer. It is not a get rich quick model for sure, but it is the route we have taken for a number of years now and it is starting to payoff.

The challenge is we need help selling the houses faster. From time to time we simply have to many plates in the air. We had one realtor that helped us on 5 plus houses and then a handful of realtors that sold one house only as a buyer’s agent. The buyers agents that hadn’t worked with us in the past were harder to work with since they didn’t know what they were doing, but tried to lead the parade.

There is more steps with owner Finance than simply having a buyer get a loan at a bank.

We have to insure it’s a good fit for the buyer and they have the ability to pay. We out source that.

We have to fully explain the whole process so there are no misunderstandings going forward.

The insurance has to be just right and in place at closing.

We set up payments thru a note servicing company.

We trained one realtor on all the steps and such, but we really need more help. Has anyone crossed this bridge and would be so kind sharing how to get help finding Owner Finance buyers?
