Can you work around Reverse-Mortgages ?

I have a 2 deals that I'm looking for creative ways to structure; but thru Propstream and the residents themselves, I see they've had reverse mortgages taken out on them. Neither have more than about 43% equity currently in the property.

What ( if any) would be a good way to approach these to make it a deal ?

Thanks in advanced.

@Account Closed That's the case in both, I conjured up a pre-fc list and these are both Estate cases. I have a resource to handle the funding, but that does hike up the initial all-in costs tremendously.
