Rowhomes/high density development trends
I've had a great deal of success getting into rowhomes in both Denver and Scottsdale. My strategy has largely been developed on the idea that the market is saturated moving outwards and locations close to desirable area(s) start to move upwards.
I'm wondering what other cities this trend is in the beginning stages of, as the west side of Denver is largely tapped out and I'm looking to diversify outside of Old Town Scottsdale as well.
