Historical Appreciation Data

Does anyone have any historical data related to appreciation of SFH vs smaller mulit-family units? MN data would be good but National data would work also.

Long-term housing trends seem to show historical SF appreciation but I am looking for data that either breaks out MF or shows a comparison.

Thanks,

John
