Mobile Home Investing Paperwork

Can someone point me the direction of a list of paperwork and requirements that I need to start investing in mobile homes in North Dakota (Manufactured Homes)? Bigger pockets don't seem to have the right paperwork for mobile homes. I am looking for a more complete list instead of trying to piece it together and missing something. Thanks!
