As an owner, what are the top considerations or issues you face when deciding to bring on a property management company to help manage your units?

I am looking for examples of contracts between property management companies and property owners. I can find simple examples online but they seem to be lacking details. Anything would help.

@Adam Runde it's not technically real estate. Something I can look into though.

@Jeff Wallenius it's not quite worth moving and the current park doesnt want to lose lot rent. So they want to charge extra or have either party pay more lot rent.

I have a mobile home in West Fargo, ND and I am looking to sell it quickly. Most buyers want seller financiering which I am not in a position to provide. Anyone have some creative ideas to sell it quickly and for cash? 

I am looking for recommendations on who to go to in order to obtain a surety bond for a ND manufactured home dealer license. Any recommendations or advice would help.

Can someone point me the direction of a list of paperwork and requirements that I need to start investing in mobile homes in North Dakota (Manufactured Homes)? Bigger pockets don't seem to have the right paperwork for mobile homes. I am looking for a more complete list instead of trying to piece it together and missing something. Thanks! 

CONGRATS! The place looks like it's in good condition structurally, but does need a cosmetic change. Paint and some carpet will dramatically change the space. I think a mix or both residential and commercial investments would be good to offset some of the vacancy issues with commercial spaces. Do what works for your risk tolerance. Congrats on the close!
