I’m a newbie and in contract in a house that was built in 2005. This is located west side of Atl. The inspector asked if I checked to see if there is a certificate of occupancy... I haven’t had this question pop up but have only bought two other condos. This is a a single family home. Should I be search for this? There are about 4/5 other homes that look exactly alike and I would consider this move in ready.
