Are Most blogs on bigger pocks wrote by a ghost writer?

So I looked at many of the Blogs on bigger pockets. After awhile I realized these have the same format and so generic that they could of been done by a ghost writer for $10 a gig then edited for ten minutes with pictures and uploaded. It appeared that much of the blogs were a slightly modified article from someone else. Most of it had less usefulness than a second hand Carton Sheets home study course.
