Contractors and Subs In the Long Beach Area

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of acquiring a duplex in Long Beach which I will need a contractor or subs for. I searched the forums and found a couple of names, but figured i'd reach out and see who everyone is using. I currently own a duplex in the area and have a great plumber, electrician, handyman, flooring company, gardener, landscaper, appliance guy, etc etc if anyone needs some solid subs who don't rip you off. I understand that good contractors and subs are very hard to come by, so if I can provide you with any of my contacts, please message me directly.
