Let say I had 30k available to invest in Real Estate. How should I invest it?

I don’t find Wholesaling appealing.

I am more interested in BRRRR methods or fix and flips. I enjoy working on homes and would like to fix and flip my own homes for the time being.

You’re help and advice is appreciated...

The best way to invest it is to pay off your credit cards and car loans. Then go out and make another $30K to invest.
