whats the best way to use money in 401k/ira for flipping

What's the best way to use money in my 401k/IRA for flipping? if I setup a self-directed IRA and flip houses, would I be able to cash out the profit or does the money have to go back to the IRA?

I understand if I roll my money in my 401k to a solo-401k, I can borrow up to $50k.

Is there anyway to use my full amount in my IRA and 401k for flipping, then cash out the profit? (or buy a property and hold, then cash out the monthly income?)
