Should I Put 20% Down On Top of My VA Loan
I'm planning to use my VA loan to purchase and house hack a duplex . Another investor recommended I still put 20% down for instant equity. Just wanted a 2nd opinion. In my mind, the forced equity is simply my own money so if I can avoid the down payment and put towards another investment property, why not go that route? Thoughts...
